Progress Pharmacy needed more than a redesign. The platform had to support patient actions, prescriber access, supplement shopping, and a secure provider formulary without adding friction. We rebuilt the experience to make it cleaner, faster, and much easier for the team to manage across multiple workflows. The live site already reflects that ecosystem: Rx Transfer, RX Refill, Prescriber Portal, registration/login, shop supplements, and HealthScan booking all sit inside one brand experience. 01 The Challenge

A pharmacy ecosystem with too many disconnected paths.

Progress Pharmacy was operating in a space where speed, clarity, and trust matter every time a user lands on the site. The business needed to serve patients, prescribers, supplement shoppers, and internal teams through one connected ecosystem, while also keeping the experience simple enough for everyday use. The public site shows how many paths needed to coexist: Rx Transfer, RX Refill, Prescriber Portal, Prescriber Registration/Login, Contact, and a direct “Schedule a HealthScan” action. This was not a single-purpose website. Progress Pharmacy sits inside a broader healthcare and longevity ecosystem, and the experience needed to support both the pharmacy brand and the product side of the business. The site links into partner supplements, while the shop storefront presents evolving formulations and supplement products in a commerce-first environment. That meant the platform had to balance trust, speed, and role-specific workflows without feeling disconnected. (Progress Pharmacy)

02 The Solution

A hybrid platform rebuild: WordPress for pharmacy, Shopify for supplements.

We approached the project as a hybrid platform rebuild: a stronger WordPress foundation for the pharmacy experience, a structured provider formulary and dashboard, and a streamlined Shopify-based supplements journey. On the pharmacy side, we focused on clarity, user roles, and operational flow. On the commerce side, we preserved Shopify’s strengths while redesigning the storefront experience to better match the Progress Pharmacy and NuBioAge brand system. The broader retainer also included SEO cleanup, backend simplification, codebase refactoring, UI/UX enhancements, and automation work across the ecosystem. (Progress Pharmacy)

The strongest signal was stability. The platform continued to support the pharmacy’s real workflows without feeling fragmented: patients could reach Rx actions quickly, prescribers had a cleaner access path, and the supplement store remained aligned with the overall brand experience. 03 What We Did

A custom provider dashboard, a redesigned storefront, and trust signals across the experience.

Provider dashboard & formulary

We built a custom provider dashboard and online formulary inside WordPress + Elementor, designed around role-based access. Logged-in providers can see the full formulary experience, while guests get a teaser mode that keeps the dashboard visible but limits access to product details. We added searchable catalogs, filters, sorting, CSV import support, draft/review/publish workflows, audit logging, eligibility management, and announcement handling so the formulary could scale cleanly over time.

Supplements storefront

On the storefront side, we redesigned the supplements experience to align with the broader brand and simplify shopping. The public shop now presents supplement products and educational product pages in a cleaner, more conversion-friendly structure, while the pharmacy site keeps the entry points to patient actions, prescriber access, and health services clearly visible. Trust signals across the experience

We also structured the experience around practical trust signals: secure access, clear navigation, visible support paths, and a more organized flow from browsing to action. That matters in healthcare because users are not just browsing; they are making decisions that require confidence in the platform and the people behind it.
